OUR STORY

Hydrogen Annealing of Magnetic Materials.

Since 1998

We introduce ourselves as pioneers in the annealing stators, rotor lamination of silicon steel (electrical) Nickel alloys, Cobalt alloys, Magnetic Shielding Components, Railway Signaling relay components, Dash Board Instruments components (Magnet cover for fuel gauge meter ), etc.

Our Primary customers are Defence, Aerospace, and Railways.

Specialist in Hydrogen Annealing of Magnetic Materials

Hydrogen annealing is a specialized method employed to improve the magnetic properties of electromagnetic components crafted from ferrous-based, nickel-based, and cobalt-based materials. This technique involves carefully exposing these components to a controlled hydrogen environment, significantly enhancing their inherent properties and overall performance.

The process entails subjecting these components to elevated temperatures while immersed in hydrogen gas, with the primary objective of enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of magnetic materials. This is accomplished by eliminating impurities and rectifying defects within the materials. As the annealing process unfolds, hydrogen atoms permeate the magnetic components, catalyzing the creation of fresh microstructures. The resulting outcome is a noticeable refinement in magnetic attributes, including heightened magnetization and reduced coercivity.

The overarching goal of hydrogen annealing is threefold: to reduce residual stresses, improve ductility, and elevate the overall magnetic properties of these components.
